Conversion Statement

All payments will be made in the local currency of the Republic of Serbia – dinar (RSD).
For informative display of prices in other currencies, the middle exchange rate of the National Bank of Serbia is used.
The amount for which your payment card will be charged will be expressed in your local currency
through conversion to the same at the exchange rate used by the card organizations, which
cannot be known to us at the time of the transaction. As a result of this conversion there is a possibility of

Delivery of goods and possible restrictions

Depending on the available quantity of a specific item and the possibility of its procurement, and in accordance with our business policy, the expected delivery time of the products from our offer is up to 3 working days.

For all orders whose value is over 10,000 din., delivery is FREE. For all orders whose value is less than 10,000 din. postage is paid by the buyer of +320 din .

You don’t have to worry about whether we have the product you want in stock. We are able to deliver everything in the offer according to the expected delivery time. The offer and prices on our website are updated on a daily basis. It’s up to you to choose, order and wait for the courier at your door in a few days. Unfortunately, we cannot rule out the possibility of an error. But if this happens, you will be contacted by our sales representatives within 24 hours at the latest and receive information about the error. Otherwise, you will receive the ordered products at your address according to the delivery dates.

*Note: If the shipment arrived damaged, it is best to contact the courier service that delivered the package within 24 hours, so that they can make a report. If the goods arrived undamaged, but are defective, contact us so that we can send you a replacement.

Couriers deliver packages every day from 08:00 to 19:00. They do not deliver on Sundays, Saturdays and holidays. When picking up the shipment, it is necessary to inspect the package for any damage. If the package is not damaged, collect the shipment and pay the amount of the invoice plus the shipping costs (in which you pay the shipping costs).

Complaints policy

Products sold through our online store are accompanied by all legally necessary documentation. If there is a need to advertise a specific article on quality, we will fulfill all legally defined obligations for the seller, in the same way as if you bought the goods in a traditional store.

If the package delivered to you by the courier is damaged, you can refuse the shipment, if the damage is found after delivery and opening of the package, you are obliged to report the complaint within 24 hours, otherwise it will not be accepted.

2) In the case of a complaint about the functional correctness of the product, take the goods to the retail store where you bought the product and where you can complain about it. If you bought the product online, contact us at the contact numbers on our page to arrange the collection of the defective device and deliver it to our complaints service.

3) If the product you ordered arrives damaged during delivery, you must contact the courier service that delivered the product within 24 hours in order to make a record, and then inform us about it.

4) You have 14 days from the day of receipt to return the goods to the seller, if for some reason you are not satisfied. The customer can return the goods only with an INVOICE and written REASON FOR RETURN.
